JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.gleaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
  • At least a year of relevant experience in a Legal role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English
  • Computer literate and proficient at using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
