Tayo Oyetibo LP Announces Merger With Twelve Legal

The law firm of Tayo Oyetibo LP has announced the merger of its firm with the law firm of Twelve Legal.

In a Notice sighted by The Lawyer, the firm says both Firms will continue under the name TAYO OYETIBOLP following the merger and the Managing Partner of Twelve Legal is now a partner of the new firm.

The Notice reads in part, “TAYO OYETIBO LP (TOLP) announces the merger of the Law Practice of Twelve Legal with our Practice. Upon the merger, the expanded Law Practice comprising both Firms will continue under our Practice name TAYO OYETIBOLP.

“With this merger, the Managing Counsel of Twelve LegalMofesomo Tayo Oyetibo, has joined the Board of Partners of Tayo Oyetibo LP as a Partner.”

The new firm expressed delight in having Oyetibo on board as a partner.

“Mofesomo Tayo Oyetibo, an alumnus of University of Leeds, University of Bristol and the Institute of Maritime Law at the University of Southampton, brings his wealth of experience and skills in international arbitration and commercial law to the expanded Firm.
