Malami SAN To Chair NBA Kano 2022 Law Week, President Olumide Akpata To Serve As Guest Of Honour

The much-anticipated Kano State branch of the NBA Law Week is scheduled to start on Saturday the 19th of March, 2022.

The law law week will host dignitaries across all walks of life and will have Senator. Rochas Anayo Okorocha as the Keynote speaker on the theme: Legal Practice at Crossroads: Challenges of Lawyering in the Face of Nigeria’s Current Political and Economic Climate.

The Law week which is scheduled to hold under the Chairmanship of the Honorable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, will have the Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje OFR as the special guest of honour, His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero will serve as the Royal Father of the Day while the NBA president, Mr. Olumide Akpata will serve as the Guest of Honour.

Other dignitaries include: The Honorable Attorney General of the state and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. M.A. Lawan, the branch chairman of NBA Kano State, Aminu Sani Gandanya Esq., and Huwaila Muhammad Ibrahim Esq., the Chairperson Law Week Committee.

The Emir of Kano, HIs Highness Alhaji Amin Ado Bayero will serve as the Royal Father of the Day.

The event will feature several activities including sports, peace walks for judicial Autonomy, Dinner and Award Night and Panel Discussion. A total of four panel discussion on different topics will be observed during the event.

The panel discussion is spited into morning and afternoon session and billed to hold concurrently as follows:

The venue of the event which will begin on the 19th to end on 22nd March is at Amani Event Center Tamunda Road Off Audu Bako Way, Kano State.
