Vacancy At Customary Courts Bench: Anambra State JSC Calls For Applications
Anambra State Judicial Service Invites Application For Appointment Into Customary Court.
In a press release signed Stanley U.S Mbanaso, the Executive Secretary of the Anambra Judicial Service Commission, the commission is inviting applications from suitable candidates who are interested in applying for the posts of members of the Customary Court which is pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 (1), 8 and 9 of the Customary Court Law 2010 (As amended) and Customary Court Rules 2021 of Anambra State.
The call for applications reads as follows:
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF CUSTOMARY COURT IN ANAMBRA STATE JUDICIAL SERVICE.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 (1), 8 and 9 of the Customary Court Law 2010 (As amended) and Customary Court Rules 2021 of Anambra State, applications are hereby invited by the Anambra State Judicial Service Commission (J.S.C.) from interested suitably qualified Members of the public of Anambra State origin for appointment as Members of Customary Courts of Anambra State.
Interested persons applying for the post of members of customary Court must be literate in English Language understand Igbo and any other local Languages, may or may not be Legal practitioners and have wide knowledge of the customary law, tradition and usages prevailing In the area of jurisdiction of the Court.
Applicants must not be up to Sixty-Two (62) years and not less than thirty-Five (35) years.
The application must be in nine (9) copies and must be accompanied by detailed curriculum vitae (CV) and relevant Certificates of academic and professional qualifications and must reach this office on or before
