NBA SPIDEL Constitutes Litigation Committee

The Leadership of the NBA SPIDEL is delighted to announce the establishment of the SPIDEL (Section on Public Interest and Development Law) Litigation Committee, comprising a diverse and accomplished group of legal experts.

This committee has been tasked with the challenging yet vital responsibility of driving SPIDEL’s litigation initiatives.

The esteemed members of the Litigation Committee include:kl

– Anita Omolu

Moreover, all the learned senior advocates who are members of the Section are consultants to the committee.

The committee has the authority to designate a secretary from among its distinguished members and is expected to diligently maintain the highest standards of legal representation and advocacy.

The SPIDEL chairman declares unwavering commitment to excellence, stating that inadequate performance will not be tolerated. The committee holds the prerogative to remove any member failing to meet expected standards.

Additionally, the committee is entrusted with the task of coordinating litigation efforts for all cases that State Teams may wish to pursue. This collaborative approach aims to ensure a comprehensive and unified strategy in legal matters, reinforcing our commitment to advancing public interest and development law.
