NBA Publishes List of 28 Candidates for Judge of National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Invites Public Comment

On February 22, 2023, the Honourable President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria requested for expressions of interest from suitably qualified legal practitioners of Imo State origin, for appointment as Judge of the NICN.

The NBA has since received expressions of interest from 28 members, and the list of these candidates is hereby published for members of the Bar and the public to submit petitions/objections and/or comment generally on the suitability for appointment of the underlisted candidates.

It is therefore important for members of the Bar and the public to take this opportunity seriously and submit their petitions/objections and/or general comments on the suitability of the candidates. All communications must be sent in by close of work on Friday, 24 March 2023, and should be put in portable document format (PDF) and forwarded as an attachment to the President through [email protected] or +234 803 345 2825.
