NBA Appeals Court Decision on Ratification of General Secretary’s Suspension

The Nigerian Bar Association has appealed the federal High court decision setting aside the ratification of the suspension  of the General Secretary of the Association, Joyce Oduah from office.

It will be recalled that the Federal High Court had on 23rd August declared the ratification of the General Secretary’s suspension by the National Executive Council of the NBA as null and void having been done while the suit filed by Oduah against the NBA is pending in Court.
