The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced that the last quarterly National Executive Council (NEC) meeting for 2023 will hold on Thursday, December 7th.

In a notice to NEC members by the General Secretary, Adesina Adegbite, the meeting’s venue, agenda and other details were communicated.

The NEC comprises national officers of the NBA, past presidents, branch chairmen, sectional leaders and representatives of affiliated groups.

Quarterly NEC meetings provide opportunities for the bar leadership to brief members, present reports and get feedback on activities. It is NBA’s highest decision-making organ.

On the agenda are matters affecting the NBA since the last NEC gathering and proposals to enhance the effectiveness of the legal body.
