National Industrial Court Declares Two-Week Easter Vacation From March 25 To April 5

The Honourable President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, Ph.D, OFR has declared Monday 25th March 2024 to Friday 5th April 2024 as Easter vacation.

Hon. President made the declaration pursuant to Order 58 Rule 4 (1) (b) of the NICN Civil Procedure Rules and other enabling powers.

Justice Kanyip further stated that there will be no normal Court sitting during the period of the vacation and the normal Court sitting shall resume on Monday 8th April 2024.
