• The ideal candidate will work with our in-house counsels on legal matters, including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions.
• To succeed, this candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of Entertainment and Intellectual Property matters.

Reports to: Head of Legal

Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide accurate and timely counsel to the team on various legal topics (Intellectual property, corporate law, copyrights, corporate finance, partnerships, etc.)
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties on behalf of the company
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-call and relevant knowledge in Entertainment and IP Matters.
