Lagos State Judiciary Inducts Newly Appointed Judges
THE Lagos State Judiciary has said it would commence the induction of newly-appointed judges of the High Court to enhance the development of the judiciary.
The State Chief Judge, Justice Alogba, according to a statement on Tuesday, disclosed this at the commencement of the induction exercise at Ikeja.
He said, “The Lagos State Judiciary has begun the induction of newly-appointed judges of the High Court of Lagos State. The training is scheduled for April 4-8, 2022, at the Judiciary Training Centre in Ikeja.
“The induction course was organised to enhance professional expertise and facilitate the development of judiciary knowledge and skills to promote the pursuit of juristic excellence.
“This training is of utmost importance in the understanding and requirements needed for adjudication and service delivery in the judiciary and the country as a whole and I want to advise the newly-appointed judges to interact with their senior colleagues when necessary, adding that they are one with the same purpose of excellent service delivery in the judiciary.”
