Industrial Court 2022 Annual Vacation To Commence July 29

The Hon. President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, Ph.D., FNIALS has declared Friday 29th July 2022 to Tuesday 27th September 2022 as this year’s Annual Court Vacation.

Justice Kanyip made the declaration pursuant to Order 58 Rule 4(2) of the National Industrial Court Civil Procedure Rules, 2017.

Hon. President further declared that there will be no normal Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications to be heard by a vacation Judge.

Justice Kanyip also stated that normal Court sitting shall resume on Wednesday 28th September 2022.
