The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced the introduction of new same-day services to improve customer experience.

In a public notice issued on Monday, the CAC stated that entity records can now be updated on the same day, while file checks to determine outstanding annual returns can also be provided within a day. Additionally, same-day certified true copies (CTCs) of certificates of incorporation, change of name certificates, and mortgage certificates will be available.

According to the notice signed by the CAC’s management, customers can apply for these faster services by emailing [email protected]. The new services are part of the Commission’s ongoing efforts to ease processes and reduce turnaround times.

The CAC emphasized that offering prompt services has been a key priority. With the new same-day options for frequently used services, customers can save time and improve compliance.

The public notice advised current and potential CAC customers to take advantage of the updated services for faster processing of their documentation and queries.
