American Heritage University School Of Law Appoints Chief Ozekhome (SAN) As Visiting Professor

A tertiary institution in the United State of America, American Heritage University School Of Law, has appointed Chief Mike Ozekhome, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, as a visiting professor of constitutional law.

Ozekhome’s appointment is contained in a letter sent to him by the school dated October 18, 2021 where he was said to have been selected for his “contributions toward teaching and research in the legal profession.”

According to the letter, emeriti receive the following benefits: assigned office space for research when available; access to the university benefits; listing with the faculty in the AHUSOL catalog and other appropriate publications; invitation to participate in public ceremonies, commencement, processions and convocation; participate in appropriate campus seminars, colloquia, lectures and other scholarly activities; and lastly, library privileges

“Visiting Scholars are members of the academic staff who are appointed for a limited period of time when they are actively involved in research. It is also expected that Visiting Professors will volunteer to participate in comparative research, lecture and/or consultation.” the letter further reads

Chief Ozekhome is a Constitutional Lawyer, Human Rights Activist, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Officer of the Federal Republic (OFR), Notary Public of Nigeria, and Public Affairs Analyst. He is the founder of the law firm of Mike Ozekhome Chambers.
