In a statement released by the ECNBA, the committee emphasized the importance of transparency in the electoral process and encouraged all prospective candidates to either attend the ceremony personally or nominate a representative to witness the opening of nomination envelopes on their behalf. The committee also stressed that candidates should not bring any supporters to the event, urging strict adherence to this guideline.

The ECNBA Chairman, Oluseun Abimbola SAN, and Secretary, Huwaila Ibrahim, expressed their appreciation for the participation of prospective candidates in this significant event, which furthers the transparency, integrity, and fairness of the NBA elections. The ECNBA Secretariat, located at the NBA Human Rights Institute Building, No. 9 Oro Ago Crescent Garki, Abuja, will host the event.

The ECNBA encourages all prospective candidates to take part in this crucial step towards the NBA 2024 Elections and reiterates its commitment to upholding the highest standards of electoral integrity.
