The family of the late Barr. Victor K. Agala has announced the burial arrangements for the legal practitioner who passed away recently at the age of 49.

According to a publication by Mr. Vincent O. Agala on behalf of the family, a service of songs will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 at 5:30pm at El-Shaddai Nursery and Primary School, No. 48 Chief Ikeguru Street, Kala Road, Ada George in Port Harcourt.

A valedictory court session in honor of the late barrister will take place on Friday, April 5th at the premises of the Rivers State High Court on Moscow Road, Port Harcourt.

The body will leave Ashes to Ashes mortuary at 8:30am and arrive at the court premises at 8:45am for the session. It will then depart for his hometown Mgberekea in Ibaa local government area at 10:45am.

A brief lying-in-state is scheduled for 12noon at the Omuadie playground in Ibaa, followed by an open-air commendation service at 12:15pm. Interment will take place thereafter at 1:00pm at the Emenike/Agala family compound in Mgberekea.

A thanksgiving service will be held on Sunday, April 7th at the Just Jesus Assembly along Old Aba Road in Rumuomasi, Port Harcourt.

The family has asked for the gentle soul of the late Barr. Victor K. Agala, who died at 49 years old, to rest in the Lord.
