In a goodwill message to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the Convener/Director General, Friends of Asiwaju, Mr Henry Balogun, also charged the newly inaugurated President to be magnanimous in victory and leverage on his ability to reach out to Nigerians from all walks of life regardless of race, ethnicity, faith or cadre, to prioritise national security and safety of all Nigerians and ensure the rule of law and freedom of the press, whilst stabilising and establishing the country on the path of sustainable economic growth.

“We believe that Nigeria has a bright future ahead and the aim of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is the positive transformation of our country and communities in the interest of every Nigerian.”

Mr Balogun further stated that, “As we embark on a new era of leadership, it is crucial that we come together to provide necessary support to the incoming president as he takes on the challenges facing our nation.”

The organisation also announced plans for a post inauguration National Development Colloquim. “Our mission is to support the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Presidency and ensure that the vision for a better Nigeria which Nigerians voted for massively in the 2023 presidential elections, becomes a reality.”
