In its quest to help solve the myriad of challenges limiting businesses in the country, the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) has concluded plans to hold the 17th edition of its annual International Business Law Conference in Lagos.

The annual conference, according to the Chairman of the 2023 Planning Committee, Ayoyinka Olajide-Awosedo, is a veritable converging point for decision-makers in both the public and private sectors, policy formulators, regulators and industry practitioners in Nigeria.

Olajide-Awosedo said that the theme for this year’s edition is, “The Nigerian Business Landscape: Priorities for Law, Policy and Regulation”, and it is scheduled to hold over three days from Wednesday, July 5 to Friday, July 7.

She advised intending attendees to take advantage of the early bird period to register to attend the conference.

The conference planning committee chairman stated that the NBA-SBL invited lawyers and non-lawyers to register and attend this year’s edition of its annual conference.

“I urge every intending attendee to take advantage of the discounted early bird registration fees. One cardinal principle of business is taking advantage of cost-saving opportunities. Registering as an early bird allows attendees to put this cardinal principle into practice,” she said.
