Court Adjourns Trial of Suspected Killers of Sheik Aisami

The High Court sitting in Damaturu has adjourned the trial of suspected killers of Sheik Goni Aisami to an unknown date.

The trial judge, Justice Amina Shehu, who is a vacation judge, adjourned the case after the Attorney General of Yobe, Barr. Saleh Samanja prayed the court to give his prosecuting team time to allow him to put his witnesses together for the proper trial of the substantive matter.

The case came out on Monday for mention.

Justice Amina Shehu ruled that a new date for the trial of the suspected killers will be communicated to all parties involved in the case.
