Lucius Nwosu SAN Writes NBA President, Seeks Withdraw of Olanipekun’s Membership From Body of Benchers

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Lucius Nwosu SAN has called out chief Wole Olanipekun SAN to jettison his ambition of bidding to become the Chairman of the body of benchers.

In a letter sent to the President of the Nigerian Bar Association narrating the basis of the law suit he filed against the Body of Benchers and one of its members, Nwosu urged the NBA to do the needful, if Chief Olanipekun fails to heed his advise.
