2023: Fintiri Drops Deputy For State Varsity Female Vice Chancellor As Running Mate

Adamawa state Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has picked the Vice Chancellor of Adamawa State University, Mubi, Prof. Kelatapawa Farauta as his running mate for the 2023 gubernatorial election in the state.

Senator Aidhatu Dahiru Binani, the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, has also picked Tsitsi Ganama as her running mate.

Prof. Farauta, a former Commissioner of Education was the Executive Chairman of Universal Basic Education in Adamawa.

She hails from Numan Local Government Area.

Ganama, a former House of Representatives member, hails from the Northern Senatorial Zone of the state.
